1. All wedding dresses are made-to-order, which means from the time you place your order, it will begin production.
2. Because our gowns are made-to-order, they take an average of 8 weeks to complete.
3. Due to the nature of our customizations, we do not offer refunds after 24 hours of the order being placed. We purchase materials that are non-refundable and are not able to accommodate refunds. We also do not offer returns or exchanges due to the customized nature of these wedding dresses.
4. We are happy to accommodate for custom sizing! If you need help measuring yourself, just send us a message and we can walk you through the best way to self-measure. We do not guarantee sizing to be exact. Just as wedding dresses from bridal shops often need to be taken to a tailor, our gowns may need to be altered as well upon receival.
